Understanding the Sabbath and Rest

Today we will see Jesus expound on how rest was “built in” to God’s overall system of creation and how the “religious” can mess it up! Among all the things religious mess up the Sabbath is one of the biggest. It's interesting that one of the biggest issues of the Pharisee in Jesus day was the Sabbath and today it is still the same.

We'll learn what the Sabbath is to the Jew and why it's not the same for the Christian.
