Was Job a Perfect Man?

"My wife and I were reading about Job and it said that Job was found perfect in in God's sight. But then later on in the Bible and all throughout, it said how there is not one perfect man, 'no not one'. Also it says, 'for we all have sinned and fallen short.' Why does this statement seem contradictory if the Bible is 100% accurate? Is there something lost in translation? As always we thank you for your help and love your insight every Friday."
