Steps to Effective Prayer and Revival

A lot of people are talking about the potential revival that has been taking place in Asbury Kentucky and let me just say I pray to God it truly is a “real” revival and not just a moment of emotion.  Only time will tell.  However, it speaks perfectly to where we are in Daniel chapter 9 because this was exactly what was happening with Daniel and the nation of Israel.  That is Daniel realizes the prophecy of Jeremiah and the return by God of Israel back to their land after the Babylonian captivity is about to come to pass.  Hence he will set his face to seek the Lord in prayer and repentance, which should always be the result of us seeing God’s Word coming to pass.
